Vodacom GPRS\3G Settings

GPRS Set-up for I-mate

 

1. Start -> Settings

2. Connections Tab

3. Connections -> Tasks Tab: From ‘My ISP’ Click ‘Add a new Modem Connection’

                      a. Enter a Name for the Connection:  Vodacom GPRS (internet.gprs)

                      b. Select a modem: Cellular Line (GPRS)

                      c. Click ‘Next’

                      d. Access point name: internet (internet)

                      e. Click ‘Next’

                      f. User Name: None (None)

                      g. Password: none (none)

                      h. Click ‘Finish’

                      i. Select Proxy Settings

                      j. Remove all ticks from blocks

                      k. Go *OK*
