1. Start -> Settings 2. Connections Tab 3. Connections -> Advanced Tab: Click on ‘Select Networks’ 4. Click ‘New’ 5. On Enter a name for these settings type MMS 6. Click on Modem 7. Click on ‘New’ a. Enter a Name for the Connection: MMS b. Select a modem: Cellular Line (GPRS) c. Click ‘Next’ d. Access point name: mms e. Click ‘Next’ f. User Name: (none) g. Password: (none) h. Click ‘Finish’ 8. Go up to the main screen and select Start->Messaging 9. Go to Tools and click on MMS Settings 10. On ‘Connect Via’ select MMS 11. Select the ‘Servers’ Tab 12. Click on ‘New’ 13. Server Name: MMS 14. Gateway: 196.31.116.250 15. Port: 9201 for WAP 1.2 OR 8080 for WAP 2.0 16. Server Address: http://mms.cmobile.co.za 17. Connect via: MMS 18. Sending size limitation: 100k for WAP 1.2 OR 250k for WAP 2.0 19. WAP version: WAP 1.2 OR WAP 2.0 20. Click ‘Finish’ 21. Click ‘Set as Default’ |
